2 Bedroom Apartments Now Available!
Dear Prospective Resident:
We are happy to announce that Orchard Hills Apartment & Townhome Community is officially open! We currently have twenty 2 bedroom apartment homes available for immediate move-in. Tours of these apartments are being offered daily during the times listed below. Due to the overwhelming interest in our community it is highly advisable to make an appointment for a tour by contacting the leasing center at (845) 562-2300 or by e-mail at OrchardHills@landingsgroup.com. (Walk-ins are welcome, however people with scheduled appointments will be serviced first.)
Apartment Tours Available:
Monday- Friday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Our team continues to work hard and we anticipate having eight 1 bedroom apartments and another eight 2 bedroom apartments available for move -in later this month. Please be advised that at this time our 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes are NOT available. We anticipate the availability of our townhomes to be later on this year. Be on the lookout for more updates coming soon!
