We have enjoyed our 5 years and 3 months of living here. Coming from NYC, we appreciate the quiet. Orchard Hills is a clean, and well maintained community. The staff is always kind and helpful. Any issues that we have had, have been addressed as soon as possible. Great place to raise children.

Just had to drop a quick note. I've lived here almost 4 years after being in Florida for many years. I could not have picked a better place to rent. I called the office about the common hallway heating fan making a little noise. As usual with all maintenance issues it was taken care of almost immediately. The management staff here, Alexia, Meghan, Tiffany and the entire maintenance crew work hard to make this a great community to live in. Whether it's a minor apartment issue, snow removal, keeping the grounds well maintained, forgetting your apt key, the staff is always courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Not only is it quiet and peaceful here, it is convenient for shopping, rail transport and major roads and I am just down the road from my family. Good choice on my part where to live.

We have lived in your townhome for 5 1/2 years. We have enjoyed our time, and hope many other's get to experience the home feeling that we have. I'm especially grateful to Alexia for helping, and making this a great experience for us. Thank you Alexia for always being there. We enjoyed the pool, outside deck, beautiful scenery, and all that the townhome has to offer.

We moved in January 2019 and what a wonderful start to the new year. The ladies in the office, Tiffany and Alexia are incredible. Friendly and oh so helpful. We are not the handiest if people so when we need something our maintenance requests are honored with patience and to completion.

Been here about 2 years. Great community, well run due to the great staff. Alexia, Meaghan & maintenance staff always very friendly & professional. Any concerns are always addressed immediately, not that there are even that many. A pleasure to deal with them & it shows in the great care to keeping the community a great place to live. We would like to give a huge "Thank You" to the staff and workers. We had an issue with our ceiling. We called and received an immediate response. We went out of town for two days, upon our return the ceiling was like BRAND NEW and our townhouse was spotless. Thought you guys deserved a shout out for job well done. We wanted to post some positive feedback because we lived in places where they couldn't care less.

We are grateful to be in the good hands of Alexia and Diana. They are so professional, efficient and courteous. It is always a pleasure to visit them at the office. I have been living at Orchard Hills since January 2013 and I haven't had any negative experiences. I love my apartment which is close to shopping centers, major highways and recreational areas. The community is so well kept and clean. It is a lovely place to live. Thank you!

I am so excited to be living here and in only 3 weeks today, LOVE my new home!!! I also wanted to take a moment to thank the Maintenance crew, specifically Stefan, Roberto and Allen. OMG they are just wonderful. Let me first list the adjectives that describe them - prompt, polite, respectful, meticulous, clean....They work just as hard on the little punch list items as they do for the huge issue with my toilet leaking and ruining my kitchen ceiling. Stefan took so much time the week I moved in to explain to me how I can make the a/c more efficient on the top floor. He even came back to check and see if it made a difference. Roberto is so polite and works so hard. They are a great group, and I feel very comfortable having them around the development for any assistance I might need. Please give them my thanks.
Again, it has been such an easy transition for me going from my 3,000 sq. foot house to the town house here at Orchard Hills. I hope my stay here is many years and it stays as beautiful as it is now.

As my rental contract with you ends this month, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the wonderful stay I have had in the apartments #600 and #419 which I rented from you during last nine months.
Me and my wife are moving to Louisiana due to my job relocation and will no longer be renewing our contract with you so I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciate the excellent and courteous services which we received during our stay at your property. We found your property be magnificently beautiful, peaceful, well equipped with all luxurious services and last but not least, completely safe in this community. We would also like to thank the maintenance of this property by your personnel which is distinctive for a good proprietorship.
We would like to specifically elaborate and appreciate Diana and Alexia for their help, support, courtesy and phenomenal services during our stay. From signing the leasing contract through signing the notice to vacate, they made our lives extremely easier at Orchard Hills. They were always there for us any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. We have lived in New York City and New Jersey with many different property managers. Never have we had ones extraordinary as Alexia and Diana.They were never too busy and made even the smallest problems a priority. We even had an unfortunate incident of water leakage in our apartment due to extreme weather while being on a vacation out of state but the way both Alexia and Diana handled that stressful situation is admirable. It was their prompt response and diligence which saved our belongings during leakage in our absence.They listened to our frustration with smiling faces, kept us properly updated, and worked with us to resolve that situation. In myriad ways, even beyond what I mentioned above, be forever grateful for the kindness and support they have shown to us through our stay.
We hope your rental business will continue to flourish and you will be able to provide a cozy place to stay for more people.

Hello, As always the maintenance staff continues to meet and exceed my expectations. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the service that I received after office hours on New Years Eve. My situation by far was not an emergency, based on the criteria that you have set. However, when you are in the middle of cooking for guests and your oven stops working, it can definitely feel like an emergency. I called the maintenance hotline and left a description of my situation, hoping that I could be given some assistance to fix the problem over the phone. I received a return call in less than 5 minutes and did some troubleshooting, but that didn't work. In less than 15 minutes, the gentleman was here troubleshooting the situation himself. He wasn't able to fix it and told me I would need to get a new stove. My guests and I started to consider our options as to how we could finish cooking the meal before the 11 o'clock hour. I was not expecting to receive a new stove until after New Years Day. As the gentleman headed towards the door, he stated that he would be returning in a few minutes. As we questioned his next steps, he let us know that he was going to be back with another stove. Wow! (We were wowed.) He came back with assistance and a new stove. My guests and I were able to finish up the meal and enjoy each others company as we celebrated bringing in 2014. I hope that he was able to do the same. Thanks again!

From the time we called to set our initial appointment to the moment we closed the door to our apartment you have been with us every step of the way. I have never met someone so professional and courteous to work with. Your concern for the resident experience is genuine. Your passion for the property shines through with everything from work order processing to making sure residents have what they need (even in passing neighbor to neighbor after hours). We truly appreciate the way you took care of us while we were living at Orchard Hills Landings.
